Installation Guide

All KansoCX apps are installed through the Zendesk Marketplace.

Prerequisites

  • A Zendesk Support account
  • Admin or appropriate role permissions

Installation Steps

  1. Browse our apps catalog and select an app
  2. Click the "Install from Marketplace" button
  3. Sign in to your Zendesk account if prompted
  4. Review the permissions and click Install
  5. Configure the app settings as needed

After Installation

Once installed, apps typically appear in the ticket sidebar. Some apps may require additional configuration through the Admin Center.
