Installation Guide
All KansoCX apps are installed through the Zendesk Marketplace.
Prerequisites
- A Zendesk Support account
- Admin or appropriate role permissions
Installation Steps
- Browse our apps catalog and select an app
- Click the "Install from Marketplace" button
- Sign in to your Zendesk account if prompted
- Review the permissions and click Install
- Configure the app settings as needed
After Installation
Once installed, apps typically appear in the ticket sidebar. Some apps may require additional configuration through the Admin Center.
