Quick Notes
Add internal notes without leaving your workflow
Streamline your workflow with quick internal notes. Add context to tickets without disrupting your focus.
Installation
- Navigate to the Zendesk Marketplace
- Click "Install" and select your Zendesk account
- Follow the authorization prompts
- The app will appear in your Zendesk sidebar
Configuration
After installation, configure the app:
- Go to Admin Center > Apps and integrations
- Find Quick Notes in your installed apps
- Click Configure to access settings
Usage
Quick Notes appears in the ticket sidebar. When viewing a ticket:
- Look for the Quick Notes panel in the right sidebar
- The app loads automatically with ticket context
- Interact with the app directly from the panel

Troubleshooting
App not appearing in sidebar
Ensure you have the correct role permissions and the app is enabled for your account.
Slow performance
Check your browser extensions and try disabling any that might interfere with Zendesk.
