Workflow Automator

Eliminate repetitive ticket workflows with visual automation

Create automated workflows for common ticket scenarios. Reduce manual work and ensure consistency.

Installation

  1. Navigate to the Zendesk Marketplace
  2. Click "Install" and select your Zendesk account
  3. Follow the authorization prompts
  4. The app will appear in your Zendesk sidebar

Configuration

After installation, configure the app:

  1. Go to Admin Center > Apps and integrations
  2. Find Workflow Automator in your installed apps
  3. Click Configure to access settings

Usage

Workflow Automator appears in the ticket sidebar. When viewing a ticket:

  1. Look for the Workflow Automator panel in the right sidebar
  2. The app loads automatically with ticket context
  3. Interact with the app directly from the panel

Troubleshooting

App not appearing in sidebar

Ensure you have the correct role permissions and the app is enabled for your account.

Slow performance
